Maundies has garnered acclaim for its ability to captivate Gen Z and millennial consumers. Their innovative product line seamlessly melds sustainable fabrics with cutting-edge design, encompassing men’s and women’s underwear, sleepwear, and loungewear. Represented by Gage Danley of Lee and Associates, MeUndies has entered into a five-year lease.

Active Apparel Group., with an illustrious 35-year history steeped in technical expertise, specializes in activewear, swimwear, and ready-to-wear garments. They provide end-to-end solutions for international brands such as Peloton, Bandier, and Equinox. The successful negotiation of a five-year lease agreement for Active Apparel Inc. was expertly handled by Ron Kaspi and Craig Miller of Wilshire Advisory Group, representing Active Apparel Group..
