We are excited to announce that our lease to an affiliate of Cove Capital has led to a new business venture: Walk Your Plans. This innovative company has secured a 5-year lease for a 7,000 square foot space at 8673 Hayden Place in Culver City. Walk Your Plans offers customers the unique opportunity to experience life-sized floor plans before construction begins. By projecting a life-sized floor plan onto the white warehouse floor and elevations onto the walls, along with sample furniture– architects, builders, and homeowners can make informed decisions to create better living spaces. The front creative offices will be utilized by Cove Capital and its affiliates, known for sponsoring DST Investments and Funds for 1031 exchange buyers.
