We are excited to welcome our newest tenant to PMI Properties’ Marina Studios at 4223 Glencoe in Marina Del Rey: Art and Science, led by expeditionary artist Richelle Ellis. Renowned for exploring planetary connectivity, Richelle’s work masterfully navigates the intersection of human impact, technology, and the environment. With exhibitions at top venues around the globe and upcoming artworks launching into space, her visionary approach is set to inspire and transform our community.
This groundbreaking initiative will be funded by Richelle and her partner, Tim Ellis, co-founder and CEO of Relativity Space, an innovative aerospace manufacturing company valued at $4.2 billion. Their collaboration highlights the powerful synergy between art and technology, as they push the boundaries of creativity and space exploration.
This exciting venture was made possible by James Wilson and Dylan Mahood of LeeWLA, who represented both the tenant and the owner. At PMI Properties, we are proud to have converted Marina Studios into creative flex spaces that seamlessly blend functionality for a range of quasi-industrial uses with the design sophistication of a creative office environment. With a focus on flexibility and aesthetic appeal, the space will serve as a gallery for Richelle’s work, offering a dynamic hub for art, innovation, and community engagement.
We look forward to supporting Richelle and Tim’s visionary endeavors and fostering an environment where art, science, and creativity come together in new and inspiring ways. Stay tuned as we invite the community to experience the possibilities at Marina Studios!
